The Papa Murphy’s food truck will be on site selling their delicious pizza and beverages. And please bring a non-perishable item for the food drive to benefit the Alamosa Food Pantry. Dedicated to bringing Big Band Jazz to the San Luis Valley and beyond, The SLV Big Band are a non-profit group of community members that donate their time and talent to making the Rockies swing with Jazz again. Members come from all walks of life, including current and retired directors, doctors, lawyers, and more. The San Luis Valley Big Band has been committed to introducing Big Band Jazz into the San Luis Valley and elsewhere, and for many years they have been touring Southern Colorado and Northern New Mexico providing concerts to those interested in Jazz music.
