The Alamosa Live Music Association is a dynamic, non-profit community arts organization enriching the lives of artists, audiences, and the community; and fostering economic development and tourism by providing opportunities for cultural expression through music.
Who is ALMA?
Founded shortly before the turn of the century, we are a grass-roots, not-for-profit community service organization comprised of music lovers committed to creating easy access for the local region to quality, diverse, and visceral live music performances.
We exist with our members’ support and contributions from our sponsors. We also receive countless donated hours of support by volunteers.
Our Board of Directors, otherwise known as “the folks who do all the stuff that it takes to make things happen” is comprised of the following dedicated volunteers:
- Amy Scavezze – President
- Matt Wellmann – Vice President
- Jeff Bullington – Treasurer
- Erin Lehman – Interim Secretary
- Al Kahan
- Will Krebs
- Bill Tite
- Mary Susan Eldredge
- Jeannie Norwood
- Nancy Harris – Manager
Have you considered becoming an ALMA board member? We are looking for two to three dynamic individuals who are interested in contributing to our mission to bring quality live music to the San Luis Valley by joining the ALMA team. If interested, please email Nancy at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 719-937-1255.
