The opening act for this year’s summer concert series, the Delta Sonics are sick. We don’t mean SICK… off the hook amazing.
They are of course, but we mean the band is actually Covid sick and very regrettably had to cancel. We are sorry and disappointed
AND really hope for their quick return to health. In the meantime, we are shocked and awed by the exciting return of the Valley’s
very own Ol’ Scratch to the Cole Park stage tonight, filling in for the Delta Sonics! They will bring their patented brand of “classy
but dirty Funk… peppered with Psychedelic and Soul.”
Yula Cisneros Montoya’s dance lesson will still be a thing! She and her troupe will lead us through steps to a great Delta Sonics
song recording. So bring your love of Live music, lawn chairs, sunscreen, water bottles, appetite for some Tacos Martinez food
truck deliciousness as well as cold deserts from Frosty Acres Rolled Ice Cream, and let’s get this party started! See y’all
