My experience with ALMA has been wonderful. Everybody is really kind and hard working.
What are you currently excited about regarding ALMA and what project(s) are you a part of?
I am excited about our upcoming concerts. A project that I am apart of is the ALMA reflects project.

Where are you originally from and what brought you to the San Luis Valley?
I am originally from Grand Junction Colorado. What brought me to the San Luis Valley was the nursing program at Adams State University.
How long have you been a part of ALMA and how did you get involved?
This coming October will be my one year mark with ALMA. How I got involved with ALMA was there was a poster about ALMA at Adams State University. My current role within ALMA is I am a board member and I am the chair of the development and marketing committee.
Why is music important to you? Why do you think it is important for our community?
Music is important to me because it has helped shape me into who I am today. It is important for our community because it helps bring people together and it also brings joy in our community.
