Sundays at Six Summer 2021 continues on August 1 with The Uz Band from Taos, NM, playing traditional Spanish music, rock, country western, and oldies. Head on over to Cole Park at 6:00 PM and enjoy some quality live music right here in Alamosa! If it rains, the concert will move to the ice rink at the Alamosa Family Recreation Center at 2222 Old Sanford Road in Alamosa. From Taos, New Mexico, The Uz Band plays a variety of music – from traditional Spanish rancheras to Iron Maiden’s hard rock, along with country western (classic and modern), alternative and classic rock, and oldies. Band members are Joey Córdova (drums, vocals), Joseph Madrid (bass guitar, vocals), Marcello Vialpando (lead guitar, vocals) and Robert Pacheco (bass guitar).
